Paola has a degree in foreign languages by the Interpreters’ School of Rome. Her love for cooking was born since she was a child and played in her grandmother’s restaurant in the Cinecittà studios.From her mother, a refined and
exacting cook, she learned the secrets and techniques of Italian cooking
that she studied
in depth and improved by following a number of specialization courses. |

Franco, Paola’s husband, has
been for years a commercial manager. Since leaving Rome and setting
up house in Casperia with his wife, he’s
found himself fond of gardening. Now he grows organic vegetables, that
you’ll be able to taste in the meals prepared at the school,
and he’s
very proud of his olive grove from which the famous Sabina oil is produced.
